16058 Interconnect Cable and Shorting Plug

This cable connects the 16058A test fixture to the HP 4145A or 4145B Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. Standard length is 5 feet; other lengths available upon request. The shorting plug (pin 15 shorted to pin 17) connects to the rear connector of the 4145A or 4145B in place of the 16058-61604 cable to simulate test fixture lid closure and allow full SMU 100V output.
